ok so i was wasting my life as usual on wikipedia. came across a list of banned video games grouped by countries. turned out to be a pretty good laugh.

so as usual australia banned life half of the games which are rated mature for gore and violence. who gives a shit abt them anyways.

this is when it starts to get funny.

brazil banned counter-strike for violence. like omg.... of all games counter strike. u hardly see blood in the game. and they banned counter strike.

okay and china bans all the games which says bad things abt china's army. why am i not surprised. wadever. so why didnt they ban battle field 2? nvm... this is the funny one. china banned football manager for recognising tibet as an independent country -.-" okay..... but i must say the makers of the game is pretty bad at geog... maybe tibet and china same colour ah....

anyways germany bans all game which says bad things abt the nazi, similar to china. nothing surprising.

u might think wad the hell am i wasting my life on. well. today i was at sch durign assembly, this teacher was talking cyber wellness. and then she ended up talking abt this dude who killed his parents for taking his halo 3. then to addiction to gaming. dunno what on earth is her focus. she was reading this article. which is like 200 words long. after reading the entire article. she say that it is very long and she should summarise it. then tshe started telling the entire story again in um.. pri 1 vocab which was even longer than the original article.

anyways. i found out during the assembly that like more than 70% of the kids in my sch play maple story. wtf! maple story. omg. wtf. 70%. the teacher ask who play maple? then the whole freaking hall raised their hands. every single guy in the class i was teaching raised their hands. what is the world coming to man. if all of them play WoW i'm still like okay... but of all games, maple story.... that retarded 2D big headed dude jumping around going shooting yetis and crocodiles. omg.......... the future of singapore...... someone pls kill me. like NOW!

i relieved on em3 class. there was this dude who plays xbox live. he added me. and every single time i log in to live. he is online. wtf...... every single time. and his game score for left 4 dead is like 700+. mine is only like 100+. that jus shows how much he plays. but then again my total game points is like 5 times his. oooops =x well that shows i play a larger variety of games. i'm playing for scope. he's playing for depth.

finished all my short games. left with all the very very long rpg/sandbox games. fable 2, fallout 3, far cry 2, lost odessey. all these games are very very long and they are not the type which can play half an hour put down that type. sigh.... dunno which one to start. been playing forza motorsport for like the past week. kinda sian. there only so much to a racer.

anyways i gotta say that i had some of the best times playing dead space. its one of the best shooters out in the market. a pity that there is no multiplayer. but the single player experience it puts the player in is incredible. it uses the formula proven by halo. in which the lead character wears a mask and u dun see the face. helps u to get into the character easier. i use to be an anti EA gamer. but now EA has been coming out with more and more quality titles and i must give credit to them. activision on the other hand is producing a lot of rubbish.

need to get my hands on a copy of scholars choice. and need to find a jc that is hiring.....
